(1) The above prices include fuel, insurance, driver service fee, tolls, parking, and driver’s meals/accommodation.
(2) If a foreign-language-speaking driver is requested, an additional NT$1,500 per day will be charged.
(3) Overtime of 15 minutes or more will be counted as one full hour.
(4) Our staff will contact you to confirm your booking. If you miss the call or message, please check your messages or call us back.
(5) To secure your booking, please make reservations at least 72 hours in advance.
(6) Once the vehicle has been dispatched, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled pickup.
(7) Exceptions apply in cases of force majeure such as typhoons, natural disasters, or road closures.
(8) An additional NT$1,500 will be charged per ride during the Lunar New Year period.
(9) Prices are listed before tax. If an invoice is required, 5% tax will be added.
(10) Pickup service is available at your specified time and location (hotel, guesthouse, residence, etc.).
(11) Name board pickup service: NT$100. Child safety seat or booster seat rental: NT$200 per use.

●Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a notification message with your order details for reference.
●For “specified time” and “specified location” services, please keep your phone available at the scheduled time. The driver will contact you, and you may also reach out to the driver directly if needed.
●If there is a last-minute change of location, please contact our customer service center. Any additional charges or adjustments will depend on the updated itinerary.

●In cases of natural disasters or government regulations, we reserve the right to cancel transfer services for passenger and driver safety. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
