Jin Yue Car Rental – Refund Policy and Process


To protect your consumer rights, Jin Yue Private Car Charter Service provides clear refund methods and application procedures. If you have completed a booking and meet the cancellation conditions, please follow the steps below to apply for a refund.


I. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested under any of the following circumstances:
  1. You cancel the trip for personal reasons and submit the request within the required timeframe (see Refund Standards below).
  2. Service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters or government-announced suspensions of work/school.
  3. Jin Yue confirms that service cannot be provided as scheduled due to company-related reasons.

II. Refund Standards

3 days or more before departure (inclusive) Full refund
1–2 days before departure 50% refund
Same-day cancellation / No-show No refund

III. Refund Application Process
  1. Contact Customer Service to Apply
    Within the refundable period, please contact our customer service center and provide the following information:
    • Booker’s name and contact phone number
    • Original booking date and time
    • Reason for refund
  2. Customer Service Review & Processing
    Upon receiving your request, we will complete the review within 1–3 business days and notify you of the result. We will contact you if additional documents are required.
  3. Refund Completion
    • If paid by credit card: The amount will be credited back to the original card, approximately 7–14 business days.
    • If paid by bank transfer/remittance: Please provide refund account details; funds will be remitted within 7 business days.

IV. Notes
  • Late requests or those not meeting the refund conditions will not be accepted.
  • Refund processing times may be affected by bank business days.
  • The Company reserves the right of final review and interpretation of this refund policy.
