Consumer Rights Statement (Non-Membership Service Terms)


Thank you for choosing Jin Yue Private Car Charter Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). To protect your rights and help you understand the principles and regulations we follow during service, we have established this Statement and Terms. The Company operates on a non-membership basis. You do not need to register to make a booking. Once you complete a reservation, payment, or use the service, it is deemed that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.


1. Consumer Rights Protection
  1. Legal Operation and Service Guarantee
    The Company provides legal and qualified charter and transfer services in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and regulations of the Ministry of Transportation. All vehicles and drivers are properly registered and fully insured.
  2. Transparency of Information and Transactions
    All service details, quotations, cancellation policies, and fees are clearly shown during booking. If you have any questions, please contact customer service during reservation for confirmation.
  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    The Company provides reasonable and flexible cancellation and refund mechanisms. For details, please refer to the "Refund Policy & Procedures" page. In case of force majeure (such as natural disasters or government announcements) that prevent service, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
  4. Personal Data and Privacy Protection
    The Company only collects your personal data within the necessary scope of booking, service contact, and invoice issuance, and protects it in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. For details, please refer to the "Privacy Policy".

    The Company provides 24-hour online customer service to resolve any questions or issues you may encounter. Contact us anytime, and our team will respond immediately.

2. Non-Membership Service Terms
  1. Accuracy of Booking Information
    You must provide correct and accurate information (such as name, phone number, pick-up time, and location). If errors cause the trip to be unfulfilled, the responsibility lies with the customer.
  2. Service Usage Restrictions and Requirements
    • Service use is limited to the number of passengers, routes, and times specified at booking. Overtime or changes may incur additional charges.
    • Passengers must comply with traffic laws and driver instructions. Smoking, drinking alcohol, or engaging in dangerous activities inside the vehicle is prohibited.
  3. Service Disruptions or Unexpected Situations
    In case of unexpected events such as vehicle breakdowns or traffic delays, the Company will coordinate alternative solutions as quickly as possible. However, we are not liable for delays caused by force majeure.
  4. Consumer Dispute Resolution
    If you have any concerns or disputes about the service, please contact customer service on the same day the service ends. We will handle it in good faith and fairness.

3. Amendments and Governing Law
  1. Right to Amend Terms
    The Company reserves the right to adjust or revise these terms according to business needs. Updates will be posted on the official website without separate notification.
  2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    All disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taichung District Court as the court of first instance jurisdiction.
