Along the way, you'll pass the famous "Huayang Steel Bridge," a century-old railway bridge built in 1908 that spans across the Dajia River with unique structure and magnificent momentum, making it one of the landmarks of the bikeway. Tunnel No. 9｜A Light and Shadow Tunnel Through History

Another must-visit highlight along the route is "Tunnel No. 9," which is 1.2 kilometers long and is the longest tunnel on the old mountain line. Walking into this century-old ancient path, you can not only feel the traces of time but also see the inscriptions on the gates at both north and south ends, written by important officials during the Japanese colonial period, witnessing this historical trajectory.

The【Dongfeng Green Corridor】connected to the Houfeng Bikeway is Taiwan's first bicycle-only path converted from an old railway.
